About Me

Laurye Natale: I am honored to represent the State of Vermont! My husband, Al, and I have two children, Nico and Leanna. We own and operate a fourth generation, septic service business. Involvement in the lives of my children has always been very important to me. Nico, now 17, has played football since the age of 7. Shortly after he began playing, I began serving as a member of the Oakville Watertown Youth Athletic Association Board of Directors as fundraising co-chair for five years. For the last five years, I served as a member of the Region 10 Football Boosters Board of Directors-an organization responsible for bringing football to Nico's high school. Al and I are licensed therapeutic foster care parents, and have been fostering children in our home for more than five years. My platform, “Foster a Child, Fulfill a Dream,” is about bringing awareness to the desperate need for loving foster families throughout the country. We were able to "fulfill our dream" this year when we were able to adopt Leanna, now nearly 9, who came to us as a foster child more than two years ago. In my spare time I enjoy photography, scrapbooking, reading, working out, dancing.
